The strength of the bone spirit build is its efficiency. A typical playstyle involves clearing out groups of opponents via Bone Spear.
We will continually spawn corpses because of our Lucky Hit and Blighted Corpse Explosion. Blighted Corpse Explosion is hitting twice every second due to Hewed Flesh.

Summoner Build
As the name suggests, the summoner Necromancer Builds focuses on the game’s minion aspect, which, according to me, is the best use of this class.
This build is high maintenance as you try to constantly keep your minions alive, which is greatly assisted by the paragon board. This board can be accessed after level 50; the Paragon build is a straightforward system if you are reasonably knowledgeable.
I would not recommend this class to new players because it requires a lot of skill to master this build. The playstyle of this build is to keep the minion alive while also dealing damage through them. Corpse explosion is a critical skill for the damage output.

Blood Surge Build
The Blood Surge Necromancer build offers a durable character with significant damage. This build helped me use the Blood Lance on single targets and Blood Surge whenever I wanted to deal with a crowd of enemies.
Defensive measures include fortifying the Life pool, stealing health from enemies, and utilizing healing from Blood Orbs. Blood Mist and Blood Wave are available for challenging situations. Cursing enemies with Decrepify lowers their damage. Consider consulting the Necromancer Leveling guide before transitioning to this build.
The build’s playstyle is very non-tactical as you must be close range, but you must have excellent skills to be less reliant on tactics. I mean, it does depend on how fast you can press buttons, but also how well-designed your build is.
The primary focus skill, Blood Surge, is also used for clearing dugeons; it does heal you. Nonetheless, it is very good with multiple enemies since it helps using less Essence.

Bone Spear build delivers high critical hits with Bone Spear and generates an abundance of corpses, allowing for consistent damage with Corpse Explosion. This is a smooth and reliable build for leveling and became even more vital during the endgame in Diablo 4.
Legendary powers further enhance the build’s efficiency in casting Bone Spears. This versatile build guarantees the vulnerable effect on enemies and offers the option to include melee skeletons for tanking or sacrifice them for increased damage using a bone storm.

Sever Shadowmancer
The Shadowmancer build is versatile and practical in solo and group play. It excels in high-damage output and safety, making it suitable for the Capstone dungeon. The build is centered on Shadowblight, which uses Sever, Blight, and Blighted Corpse Explosion to inflict continuous Shadow damage while providing excellent protection and crowd control.
With Shadowblight’s scaling potential in extended boss fights, the build becomes even more formidable. However, I do consider this build to be incomplete without a few Legendary Aspects.
The build makes enemies Vulnerable and employs crowd control through slowing and stunning effects.

My Take On Necromancer Builds
I would not personally consider Necromancer to be one of my favorite classes, although it is still one of the most fun classes to play. Like the Wizard, I found this class to be an expert in dealing with damage from a distance. The tiny minions summoned by the Necromancer made it all more fun during my playthrough.
However, it does get hard to differentiate between your minions and enemies when there are thousands of pixels on the screen. That still did not take away from all the other diverse abilities this class presents. If you are one of the few players playing as Necromancer, I recommend using one of our builds.
