The first PlayStation Plus December lineup game has the Mass Effect Legendary Edition. It’s a collection of the three classics of the Mass Effect franchise created by Bioware and includes Mass Effect, Mass Effect 2, and Mass Effect 3. Clarifying a little that the legendary edition has all the remastered versions of the games just for this collection.
For those uninitiated, Mass Effect is a role-playing game with third-person shooting elements where you also control a squad. You can choose between multiple numbers of characters to take to your missions and then give them commands in battle. The game has a whole unique world-building with multiple alien races and a lot of background lore.
The second game on the list is BioMutant, made by Experiment 101. It’s also a role-playing game set in a post-apocalyptic timeline. The game has a very unique combat system, including Kung-Fu, Mixed Hand to Hand combat with Shooting elements, and Mutant powers.
The third game on the list is Divine Knockout, made by Red Beard Games. It’s a third-person platformer game and a multiplayer game at that, meant to be played with friends as it’s more enjoyable.
To explain it more quickly it’s the 3rd-person version of Smash Bros or Brawlhalla. It has multiple arenas with different mechanisms, collapsing grounds, obstacles, traps, etc, to help have a more intense and enjoyable game. It’s also cross-platform, so you can play it with other friends besides PlayStation friends.
It can be said to be the very best deal yet from PlayStation Plus just because of the Mass Effect Legendary Edition alone. So if you are interested in RPG games, grab Mass Effect Legendary Edition or BioMutant. But BioMutant might not be a strong one. So do think about it before buying.
