A Sonic Frontiers DLC leaked out of the source of merchandise promotional content. According to reports, a Taiwan-based e-commerce website listed the upcoming Sonic Frontier DLC. Another exciting news is that the featured DLC is planned for the game.
Sonic Frontiers is Sega’s 3D Action Game. It was developed & released by SEGA and Sonic Team for the Nintendo DSiWare service. The game is part of the Sonic the Hedgehog series, featuring fast-paced gameplay and two-dimensional characters set in three-dimensional environments.
Players play as Sonic or other characters from the franchise as they run through levels collecting rings and defeating enemies while avoiding obstacles such as spikes and bottomless pits. The game introduces various playable characters, each with their abilities, including Tails and Knuckles.
We can possibly say SEGA has leaked some kind of merchandise review for Sonic Frontiers. Firstly, we have a drawing of Knuckles Tails and Amy; secondly, it also features the cocoa alongside them. However, two mysterious figures are blurred out. One of the blurred characters looks like the giant we saw in the first trailer, and the other could be sage.
We can also see a bit of Sonic plush with the key that unlocks the Cyberspace Vaults, and then there is coco. The artwork looks nice and could be from the Sonic Frontiers prologue animation featuring Knuckles soon. The excitement about the upcoming DLC is its downloadable content. The promo confirms the release date as 15 November 2022.
It is an open-world game, so players are not surprised about the announcement of DLC. Breath of Wild already had DLC, and less than a year, another open-world game Xenoblade 3, was with DLC before it even came out, so Big News summed up that Sonic’s fans are not surprised that SEGA is going along with modern trends.
