The Last of Us Part I remake has been in the works for quite some time. As we’re getting closer to the game’s release, more leaked visuals and screenshots are surfacing on the internet. Naughty Dog’s Game Studios, the same studio which created The Last of Us Part II and Uncharted 4, are once again remaking the original title.
Here are some leaked visuals from the TLOU Part I Remake.
In general, The Last of Us Part I Remake’s leaked visuals continue to be impressive. Based on what we’ve seen the remake will contain completely redesigned characters and models. Indeed a good thing to mention is that it will have fresh and enhanced textures and animations.
The new visuals describe how the game achieved many brand-new haptic things with the DualSense integration, which some might consider gameplay enhancements. Still, it won’t provide the same User Interface as TLOU Part 2. The gameplay will have 60 frames per second to offer the best gaming experience to players.
From what we’ve seen here, it looks like The Last of Us Part I remake will be a very different game from the original. While some fans may be dissatisfied with the modifications. The new graphics engine and gameplay mechanics are certainly more interesting than the last-gen versions.
The developers don’t seem to be enough to turn this into another controversial example of “remaking what isn’t broken.” If anything, this remake proves that developers can successfully modernize classic video games without turning them into garbage.
