Halo Infinite has been dropping a lot of information lately for what we can expect in the next season, and now it might be that you can fly the Falcon in halo infinite. This vehicle has appeared in halo before, but this will be its first turn being flyable in halo infinite. So what does this mean for the game, and what is this new vehicle we are receiving? This leak came from @Leaks Infinite and was initially discovered by @HaloVersions.
The Falcon is a vehicle that has been in the halo games previously, most notably in Halo Reach. The vehicle was famous as an expansion on the concept of the hornet and serving as an attack helicopter. This design improved the hornet due to the Falcons carrying capacity of five over three. In addition to its transport ability, the copter also came equipped with a chin-mounted auto-cannon and grenade launchers or heavy machine guns.
It is also highly likely that the basic structure of the Falcon will be augmented for multiplayer. Most likely, the auto canon will be removed in multiplayer to prevent it from unbalancing the game mode. They did this with the vehicle in Halo Reach’s multiplayer, which still worked fine.
So what does this mean for Halo Infinite? We will likely see this implemented across all multiplayer modes and on every map that can support a fly vehicle. The unique specs of the Falcon make it a suitable vehicle for most team games off deathmatch and capture the flag. Not to mention that its general firepower makes it great for support on any map.
I am very interested to see if this will be put into the new battle royal mode that is also supposed to be coming soon. If it is, then this would be a significant asset for any teams in the duos or squad modes for the Battle Royale. It will be fun to fly the Falcon In Halo Infinite.
While you are here, why not read on the new Battle Royale leak for Halo Infinite?
